Can I return or exchange my product?

Due to the delicacy of our jewelry items, we unfortunately do not accept any returns, or exchange.

All our products are priced in HKD.

Where do you ship?

We offer free global shipping to most countries and ship consistently to Singapore, USA, UK and Dubai.

When will my order ship?

 For all HK orders, delivery can be made within 2-3 business days.  For all international orders, it can take 1-3 business days to be processed, and 7-14 working days to be delivered to your destination.
