Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free delivery within Hong Kong via courier or drop off service within 3-5 days. For urgent delivery, contact us right away and will try our best to accomodate you.

International Shipping:

We offer free global shipping, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

For customized products please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. 

All shipments are insured to cover the retail value of your product.

Shipping is inclusive of import tax for the following countries: USA, Singapore and Dubai.

For shipments to the UK and Europe, free shipping and insurance is provided however VAT, tax, release charges will be payable by the receiver.

Exchange & Returns:

Please contact us directly saira@vertuesjewelry. We accept returns, refunds and exchanges on a case by case basis. We prefer for our customers to be happy with their purchase so please get in touch to see how we can accommodate you. Please note we do not offer free return international shipping.

Return Policy:

Vertues has a return policy for our retail products within 7 days of receipt of the product. No returns on customized orders. Return shipping is not inclusive in the purchase. Returns will be refunded 2-3 weeks after the receipt of the return. Vertues will not refund duties, taxes and return shipping costs in the event of a returned item.

Payment:

Our price and your total at checkout is inclusive of free shipping and insurance. Customs, duties and tax of your relevant country are not included in our price except for USA, Singapore and Dubai. Please check with your local customs office for any additional charges. All import tax, customs duties, and release charges are to be paid by the customer.
